o At check in you will need to provide credit card details for a security bond over the apartment this will be pre authorized at check in for $500.00 debit and debit credit cards will not be accepted if you do not have a credit card the bond is $1000.00 cash that will be posted to the address registered at check within several working days after departure in the form of a trust account cheque.
o Noisy, offensive and unruly behavior will not be tolerated. Noise from one apartment must not impact on any other apartment at any time, all noise is to be contained to within the apartment between 10pm and 8:30am No warnings will be given after 10pm, non compliance will result in the police being called and immediate eviction without refund.
o Maximum occupants in a 1 bedroom apartment is 2 adults, 2 bedroom maximum occupants is 4 adults, 3 Bedroom maximum occupants is 6 adults unless previously arranged with management. All guests names and your cars registration must be provided at check in Non registered guests caught staying in an apartment will be charged at $100.00 per person and will also result in apartment eviction without refund.
o Pool hours are 8:00am to 9:00pm anybody caught in the pool out of hours will be charged $100.00 to there account and asked to leave the pool, non compliance will again result in eviction without refund. Any person caught tampering with or moving the pool cover will be evicted instantly. If the pool cover is on the pool and you wish to use the pool call at the office and we will be more than happy to move it for you.
o Non paying guests or invitees are not permitted to use the pool and BBQ area at any time, and are expected to leave by 10pm. While guests or invitees are here they are expected to behave in a manner which is conducive to the safety, comfort, and convenience of other guests within the complex.
o No smoking in the apartment. If smoke is detected after departure a $300.00 cleaning fee will apply.
o Guests arriving out of office hours must make contact 2 days before arrival to arrange a key pick up, office hours 8:30am to 5:00pm NSW time. Failure to do so will incur a call out fee of $50.00. Guest check out is prior to 10am late fees will be charged at $50.00 per hour
o Maintenance, security and housekeeping staff has access to all apartments without prior notice if deemed necessary by management.
o Should a set of keys be lost you will be charged a fee of $25.00 per key
o No Pets allowed
o All cars are to be parked in the garage’s provided. Extra parking is available in the visitor’s car spaces if there are no car spaces there is on street parking along Old Bangalow road. Do not park on the grassed areas or common property as your car will be towed at your expense.
o Byron Lakeside takes no responsibility for guest’s lost or stolen property.
o I agree that my liability for the charges is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part or the full amount of such charges. This includes any act or omission which in the opinion of the manager or his/her representative adversely affects or brings discredit upon the Manager, owner or other guests, any damage to, and losses in the property described above.
